Hi!
My name is Rachel, and I'm a french wedding photographer, based in the Western part of France.
When I'm not taking pictures, which happens from time to time, I love tea, Terry Pratchett's books and organic cosmetics.
I grew up in Brittany, but I lived to Germany and then Sweden for a while, before settling down not too far from the Breton north coast. (There's no place like home, they say...)
Oh, by the way, that means I have a sufficient grasp on the English language, so that communication shouldn't be a problem on your day — even with a strrrrong French accent if I want you to laugh on the pics! I have the chance to be married, so I definitely related to the stress linked to a wedding day.
Moreover, my experience in wedding photography allows me to anticipate and be there when an important moment needs to be documented.
As a photographer, I'm always looking for news ways to transcribe beauty and emotions. That's why I'm regularly experimenting with various camera, which led me those days to use silver cameras for Bride & Groom portraiture, for example.
For the wedding day report, though, I only use fast, seasonned, well-mastered digital equipment.
You'll discover while browsing through thos epages that I love to take pictures of the Bride & Groom, of course, but also their families, their friends, basically any moment charged with feelings. That's what makes a wedding report a vivid memory instead of "just a bunch of pics".
As a wedding photographer, I'm also there to be attentive to your wishes and needs, and not generate additional stress on your day.
That's why I schedule several meetings before your wedding takes place (face to face or on Skype), in order for you to feel comfortable together, and of course to go through the detailed planning of your day.
